This study examines the dynamics of Islamic economics in the contemporary context, facing global challenges and local opportunities. The aim of this research is to investigate how the principles of Islamic economics can address global challenges while leveraging local opportunities. The findings indicate that principles of Islamic economics such as justice, sustainability, and community participation can serve as a strong foundation to confront global challenges such as economic instability and social inequality, while utilizing local opportunities for sustainable and inclusive economic development.
