Etika Manajemen Perusahaan Dalam Perspektif Islam Berbasis Syariah

Talking about ethics,we will immediately focus on thinking about good and bad things as a reference for making decisions for each person before carrying out activities, including in business. The rise of competition in the current era of globalization has made business people choose shortcuts by abandoning ethical values as long as they make a profit. The purpose of thus research is to find out what ethicts is from the perspective of shariabased company management and in the current Indonesian economy. The research method we use is research originating from written sources from various library references , by collecting data then reviewing and analyzing data obtained from any source. The research results show that ethics from the perspective of sharia-based company management is a study of ethical values based on sharia which serve as guidelines for everyone who runs their business. Islamic business ethics is carried out with the aim that businessmen with large capital intimidate businessmen whit small capital, both directly and indirectly. The government responded to this by issuing various policies for government regulations to prevent inequality in the economy.
