Abstract
Islamic financial institutions have existed since the time of the Prophet SAW, although their development and establishment have just recently begun. This institution's creation is meant to return the community's economic structure to that which has been governed by religion with all of its rules and restrictions. This sort of development is becoming a viable alternative to all conventional economic transactions. In the community's opinion, Islamic financial institutions are favorable enough to avoid traditional economic systems, yet there are individuals who consider adversely owing to situations involving a number of Islamic financial organizations. Islamic financial institutions have a significant potential in both macro and micro economies, particularly for national development through poverty reduction and gap reduction.
