PRASANGKA DAN SUUDZON : SEBUAH ANALISA KOMPRATIF DARI PERSPEKTIF PSIKOLOGI BARAT DAN PSIKOLOGI ISLAM

In everyday life, humans as social beings continue to make social interactions with others and not infrequently in interacting will unwittingly cause friction conflicts both against individuals with groups and groups with other group members, which cause negative emotions and prejudices without a clear source In this article research, the author uses qualitative research with a type of comparative study with analytical discritical techniques. The author collects various journal sources on Comparative Prejudice in Western Psychology or Islamic Psychology for further analysis as sources in this study. In the context of Western psychology, prejudice is often considered to be the result of stereotypes and discrimination that exist in society. Western psychology tends to see prejudice as something negative and seeks to reduce it through better education and understanding. in the perspective of Islamic psychology, Suudzon can provoke suspicion, hatred and prejudice against others , in the absence of clear evidence . From this analysis provides a deeper understanding of prejudice and suudzon from the perspective of Western psychology and Islamic psychology. By comparing these two perspectives, we will be able to gain richer insights into how prejudice and suudzon affect individuals and societies or groups, as well as how to overcome and mitigate their negative impacts.
