Abstract
From an Islamic perspective, the economic crisis cannot be separated from economic activities that are contrary to Islamic values, such as usury (monopoly), corruption and other bad practices. However, a common mistake when identifying the source of a crisis is to only look at the symptoms. Therefore the treatment is only temporary. A moment later, the crisis repeated itself, even deeper and more serious. This article attempts to reveal several causes of the economic crisis in Indonesia, as well as the solutions proposed by sharia economics as an effort to resolve the crisis that occurred.
