Abstract
This research aims to analyze the principles, types, problems, opportunities, challenges, advantages, benefits and moral values for sharia results from an Islamic perspective. The research method used is the library research method, namely analysis and review of the reference data obtained. In Islam, the distribution of the results of cooperation carried out and carried out by two or more people is called "mudharabah". Collaboration between the capital owner (Shahibul Mal) and the manager (Mudharib) must have main capital other than money, namely trust and a high spirit of responsibility. Therefore, if problems arise, both parties can exchange views, find solutions, and find a way out. This is one of the goals of mudharabah which is in line with the ideas of Islamic teachings. If a business manager uses the mudharabah concept, he can fulfill his obligations using the owner's capital without feeling the burden of interest on losses and profits because he avoids interest and collaborates in accordance with Islamic law
