PANDANGAN MAHASISWA PENDIDIKAN SENI TERHADAP SENI LUKIS REALISME

Painting is one of the representative arts that is synonymous with aesthetic elements. This art has a two-dimensional medium in expressing ideas in the form of expressions or feelings of the painter through various shades of color, texture and style of painting that are tailored to meet needs. painting is an activity of processing an object into the form of a painting that has a certain impression. Painting is also a means of interpreting the shadow of the subconscious or having an abstract concept that is processed into a paper or canvas medium where each object being painted has its own description of an object. Writing this journal aims to explain the concept of thinking of Performing Arts Education Students at Lambung Mangkurat University towards realist painting which has quite a lot of pros and cons from an Islamic point of view where we can draw a conclusion that mediates the two differences of opinion. Data collection uses a quantitative method (Quantitative Research). The required variable is a questionnaire containing ten simple questions related to realism painting. The data were analyzed from all answers from students and then analyzed, grouping data, and drawing conclusions. Views of Students of Performing Arts Education at the University of Lambung Mangkurat are almost entirely interested in discussing realism paintings. Having the skill to paint is a gift given to God, then how can a human explore this skill into a work that can be enjoyed by the general public and with a note that it does not cause disobedience in it.
