Islam is a religion of faith, worship, science and civilization so that Islam is accepted throughout the world. Islam is a revealed religion and not a cultural religion, but it is not anti-cultural. The Islamic religion works to protect culture and ideas so that they can benefit humans. In this modern era, the Islamic world has many temporary problems, such as . Issues related to liberalism, pluralism, terrorism and gender equality. It is the obligation of Muslims to address these matters rationally and critically so as not to create an anarchic and apathetic society. A dialogic and open attitude is also needed as the main solution to solving problems. In the contemporary era of the Islamic world, it has been marked by the spirit to build one's own life, this spirit is facing several problems both internally and externally. Because of this, various progressive ideas and movements emerged in the Islamic world to find a solution to this problem.
