📄 Abstract
Adolescence is a challenging time, both physically, emotionally and socially. In this case, mental health is one of the issues that is often overlooked. And religion as a system of values and beliefs that has great potential in supporting the psychology and social of adolescents. This article aims to comprehensively analyze the role of religion in supporting mental health in adolescents through psychological and sociological approaches. Therefore, understanding the role of religion and mental health in adolescents is very important in the context of Indonesian culture which is rich in religion, and can support the mental health of the community.
