Abstract

In the body, while I said and reduced physical abilities (speed elongation for upper and lower limbs) and the researcher recommends reduce out of training time After the end of a sports season for The Decrease in Physical Functioning Through the Effects Phase, moderate intensity physical exercises during break from training.
