Bimbingan Teknis Pengelolaan E-Jurnal Prodi-prodi AAL sebagai Langkah Persiapan menuju Akreditasi Jurnal Nasional

In making e-journals SINTA-accredited, good journal management is needed, so it is necessary to provide technical guidance for the management of e-journals for these AAL study programs. This technical guidance aims to prepare a study program for the e-journal management team that is ready to handle well. The implementation of Technical Guidance for the management of AAL E-journals was carried out in a hybrid manner, namely online with the Indonesian Journal Management Association (APJI) team and offline with the AAL PPM team at the AAL Campus, which was held on Wednesday, February 19, 2025. Technical guidance materials practice the role of users in managing e-journals, including: 1) Author, starting from creating an account, opening Author guidelines, submitting articles, etc. 2) Journal Manager, starting from creating an account, forwarding the submitted article to the appointed editorial team, 3) Copyeditor, starting from downloading the article and carrying out a pre-review by checking the suitability of the article with the template provided and checking for plagiarism. 4) Editors start by checking the incoming material, processing it for the reviewer, coordinating with the reviewer and author in the review and revision process, and processing it until publishing. 5) Reviewers, start accepting offers for manuscripts to be reviewed, approve them, revise and upload them, as well as make discussions with the author, accept revisions until they give suggestions on whether the article is accepted or not.
