Hubungan Waktu Respons Perawat dengan Kepuasan Keluarga Pasien BPJS di IGD RS Dr. J.A. Latumeten Ambon

Introduction: Response time is a quick response in handling patients, which is calculated from the time the patient arrives until there is a response from the nurse. The speed and accuracy of the first aid actions given to patients who come to the ER require standards according to their competence and abilities so that they can guarantee emergency treatment with a fast and accurate response time. The purpose of this study was to determine the Relationship between Nurse Response Time and BPJS Patient Family Satisfaction in the ER of Dr. J.A. Latumeten Hospital, Ambon 2024. This type of research is quantitative with a descriptive analytical design. The sampling technique was Accidental Sampling and used a cross-sectional approach. Data analysis using the chi-square test. The results of the study based on the chi-square test obtained a significance value of Pvalue = 0.003, where the α value <0.05. So that Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a significant relationship between the Relationship between nurse response time and the level of satisfaction of BPJS patient families in the ER of Level II Hospital Dr. J.A. Latumeten Ambon. Based on the results of the study, it shows that there is a relationship between nurse response time and the level of satisfaction of BPJS patient families with a Pvalue = 0.003.
